I Like You A pretty face and long blond hair, sexy legs, black underwear, I like you The lights are low, you’ve locked the door, I read your eyes, they promise more, I like you. I like you, and what you intend to do, I like you, and the pain you put me through. Your fingernails run down my spine, I count from one to 69, I like you Your high heels stand between my thighs, I think I’m in for a nice surprise I like you. I like you, and the way you kneel on me, I like you, make me lose my dignity. I like you, ou ou ou, I like you, ou ou ou. I like you, ’cause you blow my mind and more, I like you, when you have me on the floor I composed the melody on 26.8.97, on 28.8. in the afternoon Jürgen Granzow and I wrote the lyrics of the first two verses. His first line with “long blond hair” and my improvised refrain phrase “I like you” finally led to the idea of suggesting an S/M relationship. The musical basis is a riff that I took from the Lulu song “Take Your Mama For A Ride”. The idea was initially to sample Lulu’s riff, but instead I replayed it and put a sample of “Rock Your Baby” (the iconic drum computer loop) underneath it. Released on Take A Listen by the Eric Fischer Project.
