Stone Rose Bossa nova instrumental piece that appeared on my first CD Heaven & Earth in 1990, recorded by me (guitars), Aurelio Calabro (bass, flute) and Piesba Supertino (percussion). The name “Stone Rose” refers to the Château de Costaérèsn, located on a small island off the coast of Ploumanac’h, near Perros-Guirec, in the department of Côtes-d’Armor in Brittany on the so-called pink granite coast (because the granite in this region has a characteristic pink color). In the 1980s, I once had the honor of making music with my father in this castle. At the end of the 1990s, I also put the song on my CD album Take A Listen.
